     Founded in 1986, Nelligan Co. Inc. is Central New York's leading provider of Brick Paving, Retaining Wall and Landscape Site Construction services. Our projects include residential, institutional, commercial and industrial solutions. Headquartered in East Syracuse, we are conveniently located to serve the entire Central New York area including Syracuse, Rochester, Utica, the Fingerlakes Region and the North Country as well as regionally within a 600 mile radius. Our dedication to quality, reliability, and follow-up service has earned us the loyalty of many Central New York homeowners, developers, institutions and architects.

     The majority of our work is accomplished with our own resources. We have a full featured excavation and trucking department and a brick paving / retaining wall staff with combined experience of nearly 75 years. For those projects that require licensed professionals or other specialty trades we have a seasoned team of sub-contractors that help us provide a one-point solution to our clients' multi-faceted site construction projects.

     As brick paving and retaining wall specialists, we have completed the largest institutional and commercial installations in the area as well as hundreds of walkways, patios, driveways and pool decks. As site construction managers, we have completed a variety of site construction projects that include shopping centers, office-parks and parking lots as well as custom pool areas and total site-scapes.
